Community helping Community. The Salvation Army is seeking 5-7 volunteers (bi-weekly) to help feed our hungry neighbors. We start by making lunches for approximately 125 people, we box them, place them in our FedEx Mobile Canteen and then visit our surrounding area to deliver these meals. We will start at 10am and we usually finish around 1pm.
As our FedEx Mobile Canteen only has seating for two, we highly encourage our volunteers to carpool or drive separately to our feeding locations. That way you can also leave immediately following the activity.
